HOW IS MY PRODUCT PACKAGED?

All gifts arrive in a Jacob Oliver Box, tied with white ribbon. This is delivered in discreet non-branded outer packaging. For shipping, fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packed in an outer carton.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes, we can ship your product to whichever country or province you reside.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY MERCHANDISE?

If there are any problems with your product, please get in touch with us so we can rectify it immediately. Return delivery/shipping costs and return dates will be discussed by phone or email with a member of the team.

HOW CAN I TELL IF MY MERCHANDISE IS GENUINE?

Every piece of Jacob Oliver jewelry has our company crest engraved.
Currently we are the only place you can purchase our bespoke jewelry and so any re-sellers are not legit.
